Rueda de Casino

In Rueda de Casino you dance with several couples in a circle. On command the couples dance certain salsa figures and then they exchange partner. Casino Rueda is a fun and friendly way to practice the figures and to know more people. At parties there is at least a call to danced Rueda casino.

To participate in Rueda de Casino I you must have done beginners II. For Rueda de Casino II, you must have danced at least in the intermediate level.

Salsiar solos (men) /solas (women)

At the dance academy in Cuba, you must at least 1 year practice without partner before you dance together. This course is bases on this idea. Sometimes it is better learn the basis and technique of salsa alone. You can follow this course before you start the beginners course, but it is also a good idea to salsiar solos/solas to complement one of the beginners courses.

Ladies only! These lessons are intended to improve your overall technique so that you can beautiful, smooth and relaxed dance. Alone and with your partner. There is extensive attention to your footwork, hips, arms, balance and coordination between your upper and lower body. You learn how perform beautiful and graceful movements, not only to look attractive but also to help to improve your dancing. In addition you will learn different ways perform the son, half-turn and cross-body, so when you dance with your partner you are free to improvise without having to interrupt his command.
